I'll summarise my findings thus far on our current target. Makoto, I hope this isn't too overwhelming to burden you with when you arrived such a short time ago, but your help will be vastly appreciated, too.
1. Caedra is from a race called the tanar'ri. In our terms she seems most closely comparable to a demonness. I don't know if, like the gods, that eliminates the possibility of being able to steal her heart, but I believe we still need to try.
2. She has great magical abilities, including the power to summon more demons from the blood of her victims. This fate befell Queen Margaery Tyrell some months ago.
3. The only person I was able to learn who stood against her in the past was a powerful elf named Maglor. He killed her, but unsurprisingly, Hope revived her. It seems Hope scarcely cares if he revives killers and victims alike. Maglor won't fight her again for fear of censure within the city, and the guard seem to turn a blind eye to her wrongdoings... That is the way things operate here.
4. Akira, we shouldn't trust Trafalgar Law any longer. I don't know if he has any connection to Caedra, but he was strangely ambivalent when I questioned him. Regardless, he is not a good person, and openly admitted as such. He can tolerate her actions because he himself is a killer.
Besides that, I've found where she lives. It's protected by what is most likely magic, but I want to see if we can find a way to gain access to learn more about her motives. Knowing the risks, will you all join me?
If you're sure you want my help, then I'll lend you my strength.
[ Because he understands the Phantom Thieves have all the reason in the world not to trust him, even if are going for a tentative truce. As for Akechi, well, he has very little to lose, anyway. ]
[She's biting her tongue about Akechi for now because there are bigger things on her mind.]
What makes you think that she'll have a palace here? It seems like there are different rules to this world. Death isn't permanent and these sorts of powers aren't the sort that we have seen before.
I don't know if she does, and I don't know if this will succeed with any certainty. I'm sure Morgana would be able to help us in that regard, but he isn't here, so we have to explore these possibilities for ourselves.
If you have a better plan, I'm willing to hear it.
Before we even move forward, we need to make sure that there is a palace and that we can infiltrate it like we would any other palace. Even if Mona was here, I don't know if he'd understand the rules any better than we do. Whoever is in control of this place, they pull in lots of different types of magic.
We need to make a plan for any potential outcome, otherwise we'll be unprepared and things could blow up in our face.
I understand that. That's why we need to gather as much information as we can, to find out what might be considered keywords we can use to access her Palace. Without knowing her motives, we're running around in the dark.
That's where things become more complex, and why I'd like to raid her living quarters before we take any further action.
Firstly, she's a demon, so her motives are clearly rooted in her base nature. If demons are desire incarnate, it's little wonder she behaves as she does. Secondly, finding a location she might view with a distorted cognition in Hadriel might be difficult... What if her Palace is actually located back in her own world?

Do you even have a plan for this?

( that didn't exactly go as planned. )
You've done good work, Yusuke. But to hear that about Law-san is... unfortunate.
